Ages 15-18: The D1 Prep curriculum is designed to develop strength, power, speed and agility using Olympic lifts and advanced speed dynamics, mirroring a Division 1 collegiate program.
TC provides athletic based training in a group setting, which provides encouragement and motivation. TC Camp is open to all ages, gender and training level. All of these components help provide a total body workout experience for everyone to get the most out of their training (Athleticism, training, and Weight loss).
